To further implement the spirit of the third quarter meeting of the Municipal Safety Committee, we will forward to you the regulations on further strengthening the Fire Protection Management of Building Insulation Materials in Dalian City. The relevant departments and units are invited to further strengthen the construction projects under construction in accordance with these provisions, and to strictly implement the relevant requirements of the relevant departments of the state, provinces and cities on the construction insulation and fire prevention materials, as well as the fire prevention management of the thermal insulation materials in the existing building and renovation projects, Strictly according to the approved design and construction of insulation materials, to prevent non-standard products from entering the construction site; to strengthen the safety supervision of construction sites, the construction site temporary shelter and other temporary construction facilities must reach the corresponding flame retardant level; Strictly enforce the fire system management and operation rules, resolutely curb the occurrence of fire accidents caused by building insulation materials.

At the same time, the municipal safety committee will soon issue the "fire management rules for fire around refractory flammable and flammable insulating materials", and will strictly examine and approve and manage buildings that cannot be rectified immediately. The relevant departments will also strengthen the management and inspection of temporary construction. Those that do not meet the safety conditions will not be examined and approved, and existing temporary construction will be banned if it does not have the conditions for safety in production.

Our city encourages the use of thermal insulation products (Grade A) with non combustible grade in the construction projects of the whole city, and strictly prohibit the use of flammable materials (grade B3).
